| Descriptions
|
The shaper body
incorporates teo fixed headstocks eith drive and lifting mechanisms. Spindles made out of
alloy steel are positioned with special ball-bearingsenabling high-speed operation. Each
spindle is mounted in the cylindrical body which is shifted upside-down together with the
motor by means of the guide screw and worm gear. The cast iron table with two rotary discs
is mounted on the upper part of the body. The milling cutters shields are fastened to each
disc together with guideways and sawdust collector and can be shifted and turned by 3600.
Each spindle is equipped with the friction brake, the engagement of which effects spindle
stop and operation of the limit switch disconnecting both motors. |
